How Do I Book an Appointment with Southern California Medical Center?
To book an appointment at any of our locations, all you have to do is call us. If you don’t speak English very well, we can still help. Our call center staff speaks many languages including Farsi, Khmer, Korean, Hindi, Tagalog, Armenian, and Spanish.
Can You See Patients of All Ages?
We can treat people of all ages at our centers. We provide services for infants, children, teenagers, adults, and the elderly. Our specialists are ready to offer a wide range of health care services.
Can I Make Multiple Appointments for Different Services?
When you make an appointment with us, you can have access to various specialists at the same location and on the same day as your initial appointment. It is usually not necessary to make multiple appointments.
What if I Can’t Speak English Very Well — Can You Still Help?
Our staff, including our call center, speak Farsi, Korean, Spanish, and Khmer. We are always ready to help our patients, no matter what language they speak.
Do I Need a Referral to Get Treatment?
You do not need a referral to get treatment at any of our locations.
Do I Need Insurance?
You do not need any type of insurance to get the medical treatments you need.
What if I Don’t Have Transportation?
You can still get the treatments you need if you do not have transportation. If you don’t have a way to get to your appointment, just let us know ahead of time. Our clinic can provide free transportation to all of your appointments.
